Who I am

I’m a Gestalt therapist under supervision, an artist, and someone whose life has been shaped by experiences of loss, resilience, and healing. These layers of my story allow me to meet others with empathy and depth. I offer a grounded, creative, and compassionate space for those navigating trauma, grief, identity or spiritual questions.

ā€œNo one can construct for you the bridge upon which precisely you must cross the stream of life, no one but you yourself alone.ā€

– Friedrich Nietzsche

Education & Approach

I hold a Trauma Affiliate Trainer Certificate from Trauma Free World and a life coaching certification from Coach U (ICF-accredited). My practice blends Gestalt therapy with mindfulness and expressive arts like Kintsugi, collage, and theater-based techniques to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and finding meaning in their journey.

I am currently practicing as a Gestalt therapist under supervision and actively completing clinical hours toward full certification, expected in Spring 2026.

From Fragments to Beauty

The workshop ā€œKintsugi: From Fragments to Beautyā€ offers participants the opportunity to explore the symbolism of restoring broken parts through a creative process. Kintsugi, a Japanese technique of repairing ceramics with gold or silver, celebrates cracks and damage as unique elements that contribute to the beauty and story of the object.

In the workshop, broken pieces of ceramics symbolize ā€œcracksā€ in life and internal aspects of ourselves that seek attention and acceptance. The process includes:
• Observation and awareness of fragments and cracks.
• Preparation and careful assembly of the pieces.
• Filling and highlighting the imperfections with gold, symbolizing healing and integration.
• Time to reflect and integrate this experience into one’s own larger story and narrative.

Through this creative and reflective process, participants discover how accepting their own ā€œcracksā€ contributes to a sense of wholeness, resilience, and inner beauty. The workshop offers a space for personal growth, awareness, and celebration of imperfection.
